What this is

Shitfaced Showdown is a browser-based multiplayer drinking card game. By using this service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Age requirement

You must be of legal drinking age in your country to use Shitfaced Showdown. By playing, you confirm that you are. This service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Payment

The first 3 cards are free. After that, the host can pay €2.49 · $2.99 · 24.99 kr (depending on their selected currency) to continue the game. This is a one-time payment per game session, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, the fee is considered used regardless of how long you continue to play.

Acceptable use

• Use Shitfaced Showdown for its intended purpose — playing the game with friends.
• Don't attempt to circumvent payments, tamper with game sessions, or interfere with other players.
• Don't use automated tools, bots, or scripts against the service.

Drink responsibly

Shitfaced Showdown is a game. We are not responsible for any actions taken as a result of playing, including but not limited to alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly, know your limits, and look after each other.

Disclaimer

This service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses arising from use or inability to use the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
